    Florida Freedom Newspapers

PANAMA CITY - A police officer was dispatched to Charlie Coram's Place on West 23rd Street Monday morning after a woman flashed her breasts and knocked the cap off a male patron.

According to a police report, a man and his family were eating in the restaurant after 8 a.m. when he noticed a woman exposing her breasts. This upset his girlfriend, who got into an argument with the woman. The man tried to get involved, and the suspect slapped his hat off of his head.

Police arrested the woman for battery. She was released later with a notice to appear in court.
